"Easy check in. Some road noise. Clean room. Issues with the internet but we did have a power blip. It was back up the next day. A musty odor the first day maybe the A/C had been off a few days. We would definitely stay again. "

"This is an excellent property right in the heart of Cookeville’s beautiful downtown area! Super clean, better than advertised, and convenient to a multitude of local eateries and shopping! The property manager is excellent to work with!! You can’t go wrong with this place!!"

"We had a great stay! The view was amazing, and the house was clean and the AC very comfortable. The location was perfect—really close to Sunset Marina, which made boating on Dale Hollow Lake so easy. The owners were fantastic—super helpful and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We would stay here again!"

"We had an amazing stay. Host was quick to respond, although we didn't really need anything. For the most part we had a great stay. I was surprised that it was duplex not a house,but it didnt effect our stay. Would definitely stay again!!"

"We fished High School State Championship on Dale Hollow lake. The barn accommodations were great for us. It was safe so we didn’t have to worry about security of our boat or stuff. The property is absolutely beautiful. If we go back to Dale Hollow this is the first place we will check for availability."

"My husband and I can’t say enough great things about this place! Leigh was an incredible host—reaching out the morning of our arrival and staying available for any questions throughout our stay. The house was spotless and stocked with all the essentials. Our favorite spot was the porch—perfect for grilling and relaxing, even in the middle of summer thanks to the ceiling fan. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"
