"I booked this hotel as it was walking distance to main line train stations and local shops. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful. Lots of options to dine in and out, the bed was very comfortable, the room had a kettle for tea or coffee and complementary water bottles. "

"We stayed here during a work trip. It was a great place to rest and spend time in the room. They have a bottom floor that’s underground that one of the staff put us in when we arrived early but was so appalling that we asked to change. The room we got was wonderful on the 1st floor, I don’t know if they see Expedia and just give you the worst room but it’s not the first time its happened in London. "My stay at The Percy Arms was absolutely amazing! I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. The staff are warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. The food is outstanding – I highly recommend trying the South African breakfast, it’s a definite 10/10!"

"The accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again."

"Lovely hotel and pub. Room was impressive, nice and large, and spotlessly clean Super king bed was unexpected. Rarely seen in many hotels so this was a definite delight. Only downside to the pub as a guest was we were unable to get a nightcap on our return at 11pm. Breakfast very nicely set out. Ingredients fresh and flavoursome. If returning to the are, will definitely stay again. "

"We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed. We needed to check in before the official time of 4.30 to get changed for the wedding and wouldn't be back at the guesthouse until after midnight. I called ahead of our stay to confirm this was OK and...

"All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Whole process of check-in and checkout very easy and seamless. Bed was very comfortable and shower was lovely, breakfast was nice with many options. Enjoyed our stay."

"I arrived a few hours early, but my room was available immediately. A lovely room with modern bathroom. I was in the single, which served my needs very well. Well heated. No problem with noise. Very close to train station. Godalming is a beautiful town."
