Aspectos negativos: Limpieza
Despite the making of a beautiful house the cleanliness and need of maintenance left me feeling very disappointed. This was meant to be a family get away to relax but sadly the following prevented this:The online photos failed to show significant cracks in the dining area.The outside decking is dated and in need of replacing, panels are loose and screws were found scattered across the floor.The back gate did not close and was constantly opening in the wind.The hot tub took an age to heat up, and the cover is badly damaged, a big piece of steel is twisted and dangerous as is the screw protruding from the back of the hot tub wall. My son scratched himself on this.The clothesline was covered in cobwebs and there were next to no pegs to use, I had to purchase my own.I was especially bemused by the smoke detector being covered by a plastic bag.The number of cameras at this property left me feeling a little on edge, especially the hidden internal one in the laundry.It would have been nice to have some firewood upon arrival.Two tea towels meant that I had to purchase more.The TVs are a pain to work out and despite instructions being left some did not connect. It would have nice for hyperlink's to be included in the guest info rather than rambling notes.A vacuum under the beds wouldn't go a miss and the single toilet room is full of dust and grubby dirty hand marks.An audit and tidy in the kitchen wouldn't go a miss.
