"Very helpful property manager Anani... he accommodated a request that we made to modify our reservation without any hesitation. The apartment is nice with great views. It was very clean and the furniture is basic. Things to keep in mind... only 1 bathroom, no parking available & it is not a hotel, these are apartments. "

"My room was big, almost a mini apartment, very few kitchen utensils but a very useful washing machine. Extraordinary cleanness, good wifi and quiet. Very cordial and helpful staff. Not in the centre of Batumi but only a few blocks. Useful 31 bus stops at the door going to the city centre and bus and train stations. Very commercial and lively neighbourhood."

Al llegar me dijeron textualmente a través del traductor que cancelase la reserva ya que el precio que yo había pagado a través de hoteles.com les pareció muy bajo, entonces querían que pagara en lugar de los 200 laris que tenía acordados en la app, querían que pagase 390 laris por cada noche. Yo me puse en contacto con hoteles.com y no cedí a los chantajes de el dueño del hotel. Que...

"Big thanks to Nino and Andrea, we had a double room with private balcony facing the public street, we were worry about the noise from previous reviews, however once you close the balcony door, everything is quiet. The room was large enough and very comfortable, the breakfast was decent. The hotel is walkable distance from approximately all attractions sites. We will definitely book this hotel again."
