"The stay was GREAT! I arrived in the evening. The directions were accurate and easy to follow. I had no trouble entering. Katie had left a light and the radio on for me.The VRBO was as advertised. It was immaculate with crisp clean linen. I really liked that Katie had several different pillows so I had a choice. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. It was very quiet. "This is a perfect place for people looking to live simply while reconnecting with our beautiful world. The setting and scenery were gorgeous. The accommodations were clean and cozy. The shower was a special treat. The hosts were delightful. They added a few special touches that added to the magic of the place.Just a note: the property is on a bit of a hill, and it could be difficult for someone with limited mobility."

"This property is amazing. We were so relaxed and comfortable. The owners are on site but you also feel so private. Gina and Max are so welcoming and they truly treat their property like a gem, work so hard and it's absolutely gorgeous. The creek is beautiful, we saw many deers every day. "The description doesn't adequately describe this unique property. On a warm summer day, you can play basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, pool, plus bike and BBQ while enjoying the park-like yard. This place is a real gem. Loved it. I've rented dozens of short-term rentals for work retreats. The King Cooper Mountain Mansion was among the top 3 ever. The house is immaculate. So much effort must have gone into restoration of this mansion."

"Great location and amazing interior full of lots of local character and history."

"Had a wonderful stay and appreciated the friendliness and courtesy of Mike! Loved the wood burning furnace, the seclusion, the little creek, and the lack of service! It was the perfect weekend stay!Construction closed the road between 9 pm - 4 am, and we were driving from NoCo! Mike was the best and called us a few days before to let us know and day of to make sure we could make it in time. Will absolutely be staying again if the opportunity arises!"

"The trailer was perfect for our stay. We were visiting family in the area but wanted a space for our family to stay. We woke up each morning to a cool breeze and beautiful views of the mountains. The trailer was equipped with plenty of towels, bedding and dishes to use. We didn't cook but we kept breakfast items in the fridge. We had enough beds for our family and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. "
