"We were greeted by Dale, who kindly helped us checking in very promptly at the bar. We were asked to schedule our breakfast(free of charge) time for the next morning. We were afraid that the room might be noisy at night as all the rooms were right above the bar/restaurant but it was very quiet. "Super hotel in middle of Dolgellau. Efficiently run by courteous friendly professional staff. We did not eat there but wish we had! Everything as it should be in a good hotel. Plentiful overnight parking in the long stay carpark behind the hotel. Some traffic noise as it is an old building with single glazing but that is to be expected. "

"I had a lovely few days here, the hotel is in the most stunning location. The room was spotlessly clean, and had all I needed. The owner of the hotel was lovely and very friendly and accommodating e.g. to an early checkout. I ate there one evening and the food was excellent. Breakfast is also very good!"

"We stayed at this lovely apartment 19th-23rd February on arrival it was easy to acess and clean we are a family of 4 two teens who’ve both said they’d visit again. The apartment is a five minute walk to the train station and the town and the beach is opposite. Just a shame it weren’t pet friendly! "
