"Beautiful little house with wonderful views in a quiet area. Close to Aptos and Capitola and Nisene State Park. Property Manager is very helpful and responsive cottage is clean and updated bathroom were beautiful. All around a wonderful weekend getaway. "

"My family and I had the pleasure of staying in Michael and Dawna's beautiful home for a few nights and we couldn't have been more pleased. We were visiting family throughout the Bay Area and despite the home being a bit remote, it was within a good distance of Morgan Hill, San Jose, Half Moon Bay, etc. I am quite opposed to modern architecture so naturally, I was delighted by the home. "What a great place! Super clean and really well decorated. Two loft beds - just as described and one office w a comfy fold out Murphy bed. All the amenities were new. Fun spaces both in the yard and the house (which is an ADU in the backyard). Plus a tree house to climb! Bei was very communicative and prompt in all her replies. I highly recommend this charming place!"

"Sean and Wendy are wonderful hosts. They are friendly and had good communication with us. Their home worked great for our staff planning retreat of 8 (6 adults and 2 children). The home is well cared for, plenty of space, comfortable beds and a nicely supplied kitchen. We appreciated the larger dining room table and family room that fit us all. Oh, and bonus - the sunsets were amazing! "

"Access to the beach was close, however you have to purchase ticket in order to park at the designated area, unless you are walking. The surrounding area is pretty quiet. "

"The place is amazing. Great river view and if you want ocean, it’s a 5 minute walk! Very comfortable with five guys! Second time staying here and will do it again!"

"We had a nice short stay at this holiday home. The place was fairly well appointed and the hot tub was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. It was in a good location for exploring around Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz as well as several state parks. The hosts were very responsive as well to any inquiries. "

"Definitely a home we would want to rent for a longer period in the future. It was well equipped and great for our family. Love location near Nisene Marks and so close to the beach. It was beautiful and clean. "

"Loved this place! The property was very cozy, clean, quiet and had an amazing view from the unit and property. A great place to just chill yet was about a 5 minute drive from Downtown shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was very handy in case you wanted to prepare a meal. The owner was very nice and communicative. This was my first time at this property and I will definitely will be coming back!"
