"Well I stayed for a week the hot tub NEVER worked. My room was next to an alley so it was not quite. The pull out couch was broke. So it just hurt the back. Overall id say find something else."

"The location was really amazing (many restaurants and good grocery store close by) and the vibe of the hostel was great, everyone was super friendly and fun to talk to. This facility look like jail unit, not like sleeping place. You should seriously considered for continue belong to Expedia.com."

"Beds are extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was cold every morning, literally everything. The lady serving was so incredibly rude to everyone. Upon checking out, I inquired about additional charges and I was given no reason as to why. Vallet is $70 plus an excessive amount of other taxes for each day you use vallet (which is the only option since self parking is not available). There were a few staff in vallet that were friendly. Overall, a little disappointed. I expected better...

"Victor goes above and beyond with his wealth of knowledge of the surrounding areas. The folks at the desk were very helpful and patient answering any questions. Downside : we were going to eat at the restaurant but the bartender was preoccupied with his conversation with someone at the bar. Also , we stayed 7 days and only had housekeeping 2 days. Kind of lax for the $$$ you charge."
