Enjoy panoramic views while relaxing in a beautiful home, Sand Simeon! No detail is overlooked in this premier home that features a private pool, hot tub, elevator, and 5 Master Suites among its 7 bedrooms. There are views to the ocean and the Currituck Sound to the west as well as golf views to the 11th fairway of The Currituck Club golf course. [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

Beds: 4 King Masters, 1 Queen Master, 2 Twins, 2 Pyramid Bunk Sets; 18 Towel Sets provided

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room includes a large TV for family viewing and access to both a large sun deck and a screened porch with deck furniture. The Ships Watch offers another sitting area for family members. The gourmet kitchen features quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and an island (seats 7). The large dining room table (seats 10). The King Master Suite on this level enjoys views of the ocean and golf course with deck access, double-headed shower and a separate soaking tub. There is a half bath located near the kitchen and an elevator connects all levels of this home. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
A spacious den offers more space to relax and spend time with family members. There are 3 King Master Suites (all with deck access) and a fourth bedroom which has 2 Pyramid Bunk Sets (single over double) for children. There is a hall bath with shower/tub combo on this level.

GROUND LEVEL:
A Queen Master Suite has a shower which is barrier-free in its master bath. For teenagers, there is a bedroom with 2 Twin beds. In the game room, everyone will enjoy the Pool table, kitchenette with full-size fridge and microwave, and there is a Ping Pong table in the enclosed garage space. Outside, a large private pool (16' x 32'; pool heat available for an additional fee) will provide many hours of refreshing enjoyment! A hot tub is located on the pool deck and there is pool furniture for relaxation and sunning.

EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.

Annual Family Beach Trip

This property could not have fit our family any better! Beautiful house, with enough bedrooms and baths for all, well stocked kitchen, large pool and convenient access to the beach and community activities. Great views of ocean in back and bay in the front. Saw a beautiful double rainbow our last night. Lots of comfortable seating in any direction! Thank you.

Wonderful location!!

The house has everything you need. The house is well maintained and was very clean when we arrived. Bedrooms are large and it was nice that there were so many master bedrooms. The views are incredible. You can watch the sunrise and the sunset from this house. Love this place!

Can't wait to return!!

We were a group of 18 and had a fantastic time. The house was clean and the layout was perfect. We loved sitting out on the third-floor porch and overlooking the 11th hole and sometimes our whole group would applaud a great shot and the golfers loved it. We could easily cook large meals, get to the beach or relax in the pool. We had a few problems with appliances, but the property manager was on it.

Very nice home. Enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen needs some attention. Ice maker barely works. Stove fan broken. One unit on stove does not work. Kitchen floor grout needs a lot of cleaning and repair.

Nice property but not clean.

The golf club community is a well kept community and beautiful. The house is not beach front so it's very difficult to get to the beach with kids. We managed, but something to consider for families with kids. The house is spacious, and comfortable though. All of us were comfortable in the house. Unfortunately cleanliness is definitely a weak point. The house wasn't cleaned properly. Bathrooms were dirty and moldy. The AC vents in the house are filthy and disgusting. They probably haven't been cleaned in a long long time. The decks and outdoor tables and chairs were extremely dirty. We had to call and complain until they sent someone to power wash them for us. The pool also was not clean. The water was blurry and lots of debris in the pool. It took them a couple of days to come back and clean the pool. The kitchen floor was the worst. It is old, and gets dirty very easily. The owner needs to update the kitchen floor. So overall, our rating is very poor for cleanliness of the property. But a comfortable and spacious property.

Nice and Buggy

This is a beautiful home and you will find it just as depicted in the pictures with one exception, the mngt company should spray for spiders more often. 3 people bit in my party. Also, if we rent from Saturday to Saturday, the wifi shouldn't end or password change until after check out on Saturday. Pool furniture needs cleaned, covered in dead bugs or dead bug stains. The tray for the fridge water, filthy. Invest in real mops. Our kitchen floor wasn't clean when we arrived, the mops were sponge mops and didn't do much to clean when we did use it. (and we tried). So many outlets in the kitchen, loved that, so much counter space. You need not pack plastic dishes or utensils. They even had cookie sheets, big pots and a griddle.

Beautiful home , nice location. There were some Cleanliness issues from the prior rental.. Management took care of one of them but it was easier to clean the rest ourselves. Maintenance was called and had to come out to fix a few issues. Otherwise it was enjoyable.

Family Getaway

Ideal house perfectly situated to see sun rises and sun sets! Plenty of room for the whole family. We have rented houses at the Outer Banks for years, this house was the best by far!

The ideal vacation spot!

Sand Simeon was everything we wanted it to be. The location, size of the house, all of the amenities... it was all perfect. The kitchen was perfect for our group and provided an outstanding area for our entire group to gather. The pool was one of the factors in choosing this house due to its size and was used everyday after the beach. Our only hiccup was we couldn’t get the outdoor speakers to work, it it wasn’t really a big deal. Can’t wait to go back!!

Great house

This was a wonderful house for a family trip. The rooms, kitchen, living spaces, and deck are adequate for a large family. The pool was a nice size too. The location is a distance from beach access, and when getting to beach access there is still a distance to walk to the beach itself which was a challenge for older family members. I would definitely rent a golf cart if staying here. Beautiful neighborhood and great amenities

Great family vacation !

The house was great with a layout perfect for our family. Some cleanliness issues could be addressed. High ceilings had many cobwebs and spiders. Outdoor upper deck furniture (table and chairs )were so covered with dead bugs that we didn't try to clean them but couldn't use them. many animal droppings in garage Location is perfect. Trolley service and all club employees could not have been more helpful. Same with help we got from cart to our spot on the beach. Our teen grandchildren and adults enjoyed club activities. Front and back views are lovely This is a great vacation house that we would return to even given the cleanup needed.

Fabulous vacation at Sand Simeon!

We loved our stay at Sand Simeon, Currituck Club. The house is absolutely beautiful! The layout of the house is fantastic...the large, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of seating, the screened-in porch, the decks, the pool area, the gaming areas, the elevator....it was all wonderful. The service was also excellent. Everyone at the office is very accommodating and attentive. Their service was very much appreciated. The house is somewhat of a distance from the beach, but the trolley service is good. We rented a six-person golf cart and used it for transportation in between the trolley service and it was a great idea. I would recommend doing that if you have a large group going back and forth to the beach. We all loved the house and would definitely stay here again!!
