Welcome to "Ten Broeck Dunes"(BI-40). This spectacular Ocean Front house in Buck Island has it all! The wonderful Buck Island amenities, gorgeous beaches and private driveway and walkway to the beach! This spectacular house with amazing views, all master suites, huge custom kitchen, private heated pool, hot tub, game room and elevator will be sure to be a family favorite for years to come.

Top Floor: VIEWS - amazing views in every direction! Large open great room / kitchen / dining area. Kitchen has 2 dishwashers and many areas for the chefs and "helpers" to all be together. Living area has large 60 in HD TV/media center/Stereo. There is a very comfortable sitting area that is perfect for reading and watching the ocean. Spacious Decks. Powder Room. King Master bedroom with ocean front deck, TV, dual vanity and jacuzzi tub.

Middle Floor: Den with ocean views, TV/DVD, laundry room. 3 King master bedrooms with TVs and access to the ocean front deck. 1 master bedroom with 2 duo bunk beds (single on top and double on the bottom).

Ground Floor: Rec. room with pool table, kitchenette (full size refrigerator), HD TV/Stereo/CD player. Powder Room. Laundry Room. 2 Queen master bedrooms w/ TVs. Garage.

Extras: 2025 Pool Dates: 3/29/2025 - 10/24/2025, Pool heat = $450, Private Hot Tub, WIFI, 9 TVs, 2 Stereos, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, wine cooler, 2 jacuzzi tubs, gas grill, pool table, private lighted beach walkway. Cabana Service with 6 beach chairs and 1 umbrella (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Bed Linens provided, beds made prior to arrival, bath towels provided. Parking for 7 cars. Buck Island Community Amenities. No smoking. No pets. Guests are no longer allowed to bring or rent golf carts in the Buck Island Community. Distance to Beach - Ocean Front!

Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.

Most beautiful home we have ever rented. Great secure location, beautiful views of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. Well appointed and comfortable. Elevator was a pleasure. Cleanliness next to none. Had fun playing pool and simply relaxing. Definitely a gem of a home.

Great week at the Beach!

Gorgeous views of the ocean from all of the rooms! Plenty of space for everyone to eat, sleep and have fun! Private pool and hot tub were a hit as well! Great location walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, groceries and more. Beautiful home! 😀

Fabulous Family Vacation!!

The family all agrees the property is fabulous! It is exactly as pictured, a lovely community & has great beach access! We would definitely highly recommend this house for your large group & are considering a return stay in the future! Note: if you are paying to heat the pool it only gets about 10 degrees warmer than the air and if the heat was not on before your arrival day it takes a few days to get to temp.

House was great and in a great location but furniture definitely needs some updating, some pieces were pretty worn. Dryer does not dry clothes with running for three cycles. Other than that it was clean and in good condition.

Fantastic House

This house had everything. We had 7 adults and 7 kids and everyone had plenty of room. Food Lion, shopping and ice cream shops were all within walking distance. There were 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas set up each day for us! Pool was nice for kids after being on the beach. Outside showers were very clean. We had a great time!

Lovely stay in Corolla

Beautiful beach - water was perfect for young kids temperature and wave wise. Beach chairs and umbrella service set up every morning before we arrived were such a nice touch and so appreciated! Loved the location and amenities - Buck Island Community is a well kept area. The home and bedrooms are spacious and fit our group's needs well. Each upstairs room with a beautiful ocean view and a porch. My family describes this trip a magical - definitely a treasure.

Fantastic beach front property

We had a big family vacation and all really enjoyed this fantastic house. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was nice all having a master suite with our own bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, there are tons of games and puzzles and the pool table was a hit (all were important to us, as the weather was terrible for most of our visit, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time together in this amazing house). We chose to have the pool heated, which was worth every penny, as the weather was much cooler than anticipated for May. With the exception of the unexpected bad weather, we all voted this the best vacation ever and this house was a huge contributing factor!

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

This was an excellent place for our family Christmas trip. So much space, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking a holiday meal and baking cookies, everything we needed!! Would definitely return for a future vacation!

Great House for Family & Friends

This house is great for family & friends. Everyone can be together plus have plenty of room to spread out. The beach is right outside the back door. The kids loved the heated pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away.

Perfect Oceanfront Home

Spectacular views with windows all around. Our family loved having a deck on most all of the bedrooms with beautiful ocean views. The sunrises, the sound of the ocean were fantastic. The home is gorgeous, with everything you need to prepare meals, relax and enjoy the area. We love Buck Island. It is so beautifully kept. In close proximity to so much! This was our 2nd year coming to Buck Island. We all highly recommend it
