After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



★ POOLS & HOT TUBS ★

The pool and hot are open seasonally from May 15-October 15.



★ PET FRIENDLY ★

Dogs are welcome at this home for a pet fee of $100 per dog. (2 dogs MAX)



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.



★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★

For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.
