"During our 11-day stay here, every staff member we interacted with were friendly and responsive. There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. "Clean and functional hotel, excellent location. Room was quiet but the pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel itself lacked charm and friendliness of other hotels we’ve stayed in but that didn’t bother us (might bother others.) One more thing: not a biggie but, if you like a cup of tea at the end of a long day, take your own tea bags! The room has a kettle but they didn’t replace the tea bags. (which we think a 4* hotel probably should do.)"

"Clean room, staff was nice, no ocean view, breakfast was good. The area is awful, looks like an abandoned town. Nothing around you are stuck no where. The ocean is across the street, there is trash and not ad shown in expedia. Good thi g they had shuttle to go to town."

"Wow - What a beautiful hotel, bar and dining experience! The town of Cetus is one of the quietest towns along the Amalfi coast and was a perfect jumping of spot for exploring the other towns (accessed by a short walk into town and hopping a ferry, or grabbing a bus (although the SITA buses were horribly unreliable while we were there)), and coming back to have cocktails or dinner above the ocean. The beach is accessible by elevator, and was gorgeous. There are so many good things to say about...
