"Magnificent location. Staff were very helpful and very professional. There was some ambiguity about our room booking. I thought we were getting a room with a balcony, but we only got a room with a window. Management said the class of room I booked included either a window or Juliet balcony or balcony, and that this info was made clear to Expedia before Expedia listed then on their site.
