The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially Hannah. We had a tiny issue with something not working our room and she quickly got us switched to another room on the same floor and came up to give us our key so we didn’t have to carry our stuff around. The Burrard
Loved this place. No carpet!! Clean, awesome location. Court yard was great for relaxing in the evening by the fire. They provided mocktails as well. It was a great stay and we will definitely book here again.

Fairmont Waterfront
Great location for exploring downtown area. Rooms are clean and updated. Beds comfortable. Only issue was with elevators. They were having mechanical issues and there was a long wait but probably not a regular problem. Would recommend it
