Within the gates of Lewis Ranch, located on the 'Round About' Ski Run is a True and Direct Ski-in/Ski-out treasure called “The Lodge at Timberline.” It boasts unobstructed panoramic views of the Ski Area, Sky chutes, West Village and Vail Valley.

The 'Lodge at Timberline' presents a bold “Mining Theme” with Mountain Warmth, Massive Timber and Steel Accents, softened with Old World Charm.

Imported tile, reclaimed wood, hand-cut stone, furniture grade trim, custom ski lockers, abundant granites, warm timbers and heirloom custom built-ins complement expansive windows that offer breathtaking views in every direction.

This 6,300 square feet Luxury Home features commercial chef’s kitchen with hand forged copper hood, stone, Wolf appliances, Dual Sub-Zeros and Gourmet Grade Appliances and Cooking Tools.

The great room has a massive stone fireplace, centered around custom build-ins with southern panoramic ski area views. The Dining Room is done as an Old Mining Theme that must be experienced! The Views overlook the Ski Area, Sky Chutes as you sit among Heirloom quality built-ins that compliment the open floor plans.

This 'Master Retreat' offers copper, steel and stone fireplaces, dual copper vanities, steam showers, jetted tub and total privacy. The dedicated media room provides theater lighting, seating for up to 8 where you can access your personal streaming channels. The Billiards Room features 2 LCD TV’s and Wet Bar, custom cabinetry throughout, 4 Steam showers, Three Wet Bars, Dedicated Wine Room, 2 Custom Triple Queen over Queen Bunk Rooms (Sleeps 12), each bed has its own Roku TV. These Bunks sleep 12 Children or Adults. Custom Ski Cabinet Storage for everyone.

Mechanicals feature radiant floor heat throughout the entire home including the garage, oversized snowmelt driveway ensures no hassle parking for at least five cars, and the highest quality materials. Enjoy the rare luxury of soft water throughout the home provided by Culligan.

HOW CLOSE ARE YOU? THIS IS TRULY ON THE SKI RUN! Simply Ski to your patio, Unhook and you are home. Then enjoy a hot tub under the stars and/or a steam shower, play billiards, stream a movie in the dedicated Home Theater, or star gaze in front of the outdoor fireplace.

There is simply no better location in all of Copper! Directly on the Ski Slope, Slopeside means just that! Every turn and room is a new adventure filled with drama and amazing detail which is why we have won so many awards.

The Timberline Lodge Configuration:

Upper Level: Master Suite #1 with King Bed, fireplace, private master bath with steamer, jetted tub and even a bidet.

Mid-Level: Billiards Room, 2 sets of Triple Queen over Queen Bunks (6 beds) Boys and Girls Bunk Rooms that sleeps 12 kids or adults, private bath with steam shower.

Main Level: Oversized Study, Theatre Room, Dining Room, Great Room, Gourmet Kitchen and Powder bath. The Views here are amazing! Additional sleeping available on this level with two large leather sofas in the theater room and in the great room along with an additional sofa in the game room.

Lower Level: One mini-master suite with king bed, fireplace, dedicated bath w/steam shower. Second mini-master suite with queen bed, fireplace, and dedicated bath room. Third guest room with queen bed and dedicated bathroom w/steam shower. Recreation Room, ice maker, wet bar, microwave, and dedicated wine room! Ski Room and abundant storage with custom Ski Lockers. Step outside to lower deck, hot tub and outdoor fireplace.

Our three-generation family enjoyed staying in this beautifully designed home with its scenic views, convenient location for the slopes, and abundance of space for meals, games, and relaxation. Adrienne was a wonderful host, and she provided clear and timely communication throughout the process. We look forward to staying here again!

First, Adrienne was very accommodating for any questions or concerns we had while staying at the Copper Mountain home. The house was beautiful and very spacious for our five families of 16 people. The location was convenient to Frisco and other tourist attractions in the area. All the equipment worked fine in the house. I would rate this vacation house a 5 out of 5 and I highly recommend it for any family reunion.

Four best friends from high school re-unite 20+ years later! Four families, 10 kids, and a partridge in a pear tree. :) Don't hesitate booking this property. This is a five-star home in a world-class location. Summer hiking out the backyard! Elk & wildlife sightings on every hike. Great nature experience for all ages.

Our stay was awesome! This house fit our group perfectly! We had 8 adults and 7 kids between the ages of 6 and 14. Beds were comfortable. Bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for a large group and the location was perfect! Kids loved the theater room and billiards room! And, of course, the hot tub! My only other comments would be that the instructions for the main TV in the main living room were a bit confusing and we struggled to operate it and the kitchen could use more soup bowls. We found 12, but feel like between cereal and soups, we were always running short. Overall, a great property and we would certainly stay there again! Karla S.

The location was perfect for our annual ski trip. We have a large group that goes on a ski trip every year, and this was by far the best property we have ever stayed at. The location is perfect, it is truly ski in, ski out. The layout of the house is incredible, well planned for large groups. Communication was easy, and helpful, instructions were clear. Nothing but great things to say about the whole experience

This property was everything you would ever want in a Ski in/Ski out location. The epitome of Luxury and Functionality!! I have searched every year for a large enough place to accommodate our family, have the desirable location & the room configuration to support our needs as well as an abundance of things I never knew I would want in a ski vacation. This home has it all!! to say we loved it would be an understatement!! Could not recommend a place more highly than this!!

Fantastic cabin! Easy to get too, easy to check-in/unload and hit the slopes quickly. We had some kids in ski school and some of those kids ski'd down to ski school every morning, others hopped in a car and were slope side within 5-10 mins. One of the best ski in and ski out locations I've been too in a few years. The pool table was a surprise success after skiing for the day and having x2 dishwashers proved to be extraordinarily helpful for our 3 families and 10 kids (we made our own breakfasts, lunches and dinners every evening). Would definitely stay again!

Family members from Florida, Georgia, Texas and Wisconsin arrived here for our annual gathering. The house is spacious, comfortable and there was ample sleeping space for all 18 of us. The kitchen was great and there were many extras elsewhere like mini-fridges and microwaves. Adrienne is a superb and helpful host. She answered texts promptly and went above and beyond to assure we had an enjoyable vacation.

Our group included three dads and five kids ranging from 8 to 18. The house was perfectly set up not just with sleeping arrangements, but also with multiple hangout areas when kids wanted their own space and large enough common areas for when we all came together. The ski in/ski out location was absolutely second to none.
