Located just minutes from Copacabana’s vibrant cafés, charming village, scenic walking trails, and pristine beach, this home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and offers the ideal setting for a memorable getaway.

This contemporary two-story home, meticulously reinvented, exudes coastal charm with high-end finishes throughout. The open-plan interiors seamlessly connect with the flawless outdoor entertaining spaces, making it the perfect retreat for those seeking both luxury and tranquillity. Comfort is assured with reverse cycle air conditioning in the living areas and bedrooms, complemented by ceiling fans in all bedrooms. For your entertainment, two smart TVs are provided, and for beach outings, enjoy the use of boogie boards, beach chairs, and a sun umbrella—everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Parking
Parking at the property is convenient and hassle-free, with off-street parking available right on the driveway, offering a dedicated space for one vehicle. While the garage is not available for guest use, the ample driveway ensures easy access and secure parking throughout your stay, allowing you to come and go with ease as you explore the beautiful surroundings of Copacabana.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognising that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $2,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
