"The tv didnt work and I had 2 boys 3 and 7 so that didn’t go over good at all They told me they would reimburse me but couldn’t because I went through you guys maybe you guys could take a little off the price for the inconvenience"

"Lodging was not cleaned prior to my arrival. Bed was unmade, garbage was full in bathroom and kitchen, used bath towels left in bathroom. Patio door deadbolt was stuck and did not lock and was therefore unsecured for duration of stay. No shampoo or body wash provided. Smoke alarms were low on batteries ..."
