"This house is so cute. The appliances are nice, incmuding the washer and dryer. In addition, the owner is really great. They answered any communication I sent very quickly. I also needed to extend my stay and they were very flexible to help me. I highly recommend this little house."

"We had a wonderful stay! Love being able to have a great place to stay with animals! The house was clean, backyard was huge, and the hosts were very accommodating. We will definitely utilize for future Wichita trips!"

"The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town. "

"Super cute lil studio house. House was immaculate and all the towels and paper products were folded all hotel like. Nice touch. Host was great about communicating and check in/out proceedure was simple. Will be staying here on future trips to Wichita. "
