The location is perfect near shopping and restaurants. The room is very large and clean. We had a great time here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Terreforti Luxury Village. The hotel is brand new and it shows: from the room we stayed in to the swimming pool area, everything looks extremely clean and crisp. Our stay also started with positive news, since we were informed to have received an upgrade as to the room we stayed in: we were able to stay in a room including a Jacuzzi even though we had booked a regular room. Everything in the room was wonderful, though the TV menu's and some of the light switches (which are operated via touch screens) take a few moments to get used to. The room itself also featured a huge balcony, which we really enjoyed. The service around the hotel was great, staff helped us out whenever we needed something. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and in the restaurant several times, really enjoying our experiences each time. While work completing the hotel was seemingly still going on during our stay, this was never a problem to us and we never experienced any noise from construction or anything like that. In conclusion, we would absolutely recommend Terreforti to anyone looking to stay in the Agrigento area.

The set-up is very pretty, the pool area is beautiful, the gardens well-maintained and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, the tortilla was amazing. The host could be a little more communicative as we didn't realize we could use some of the utensil and space to prepare ourselves our meals (just no cooking), we saw guests doing it so we asked and it was permitted. It would be nice to have a little more information on the amenities when we check-in. The location is ideal 10 min for Valley of the Temple and 25 min to Scala Dei Turchi.

On the positive side, we had one of the 3 suites and the room was spacious and the view of the sea was nice. However the suites are directly attached to the restaurant, which was rented out for private events. Every night there was a private event with DJ. Basically it was like a nightclub. If extremely loud dance music until 1:30 in the morning is not your idea of a relaxing vacation, then don't stay here. Then at 7:30 am the piano player starts playing in the breakfast restaurant directly above my bed. So be prepared to get very little sleep in the suites. The breakfast was very chaotic because too many guests, not enough tables and not enough staff. It was difficult to find staff to make a hot cappuccino. I literally had the worst and cold cappuccino here. There is very little to basically almost no fruit at breakfast, which is surprising for Sicily. But the few staff that were there did try very hard. My suggestion is to get rid of the piano player and hire 2-3 more waiting staff. And get some decent fresh fruit. I believe this location gives the brand a bad name.
