"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. "Our first time in Sacramento for work and this property gave us the quiet space we needed. Staff was friendly and attentive and the room was clean with a beautiful view. We loved the hot tub and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you"

"Like the location in midtown, and the restaurant/bar is excellent… but it seems they do the bare minimum as far as maintaining the overall property. This was our second stay but will likely be the last, a bunch of flies in the elevators on multiple days… not awful not great."

"Very hard to get daily housekeeping. Went to reception in the morning and I think the guy was sleeping in the back office. Told him we wanted to have the room cleaned while we were out and said he was noting it. When we arrived in our room in the afternoon it was not done. We had to go get cleaned towels and coffee ourselves every day. The next day was the same thing. On Saturday night there was a wedding reception beside the boat with very loud music. Stayed 5 nights and would not returned...

"This was our second year staying at this hotel for about a week and the staff is very very helpful and kind! There was a young lady and gentleman who worked at the front desk who were amazing! The only thing i would have liked was to get room service daily without asking otherwise it was an amazing experience!!"

"This is very well maintained, peaceful and cute hotel overall. I absolutely loved my room and the indoor courtyard area where coffee and seating with tables were available. I brought my kids with me and this was super helpful to get my kids out of the room and to an open space where I can enjoy my coffee. Coffee was always hot and very good. The staff were quiet but helpful when I needed them. The AC was a bit old and loud but worked really well. The noise would put me to sleep honestly so...

"Excellent area But, no self parking own by the hotel only a $60/day valet. Elevators are small and tight, Using the hotels luggage cart and getting in was not easy. shower drainage was very slow. When we went back to the hotel at 10 pm Saturday front door was lock and no staff available to ooen rhe door luckily there was a customer inside who kindly open the door.Lastlt we coyld her the people next room talking and laughing"

"Only stayed for a night with a last minute business trip, but the B&B was so quaint, all the staff was incredibly nice, and the breakfast was actually not bad !! Wish i got up earlier to enjoy more of it."

"The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. "

"Booked through Expedia, soon as I booked I wanted to add and change the day I booked. No answer from hotel when I called!!! Couldn’t do it through Expedia app either! Or wouldn’t let me get a refund!!!! Expedia didntcevan re embers me or offer credit after all the booking I do through the app!!!"

"Lots of homeless walking through the grounds so it was a bit nerve racking. I’ve never seen a worse breakfast given. Out of everything and a total mess! Unfortunately this place wasn’t worth the price. At least the bed was comfortable."
