"Recently stayed at this property. I liked that it was near the beach on one side and intercoastal on the other, and convenient cheap parking. BUT, the racket and partying nearby went until 1am making it hard to rest, room condition quite poor, though bed was clean. The fridge was so noisy too. I guess that’s all why it was so affordable to stay there. "

"The place is adorable. The location is absolutely ideal. Surrounded by restaurants and within a 1 minute walk to the beach. It is a great place with simple accommodations. The only issue we faced, are that the walls/windows are very thin and any outdoor noise/conversations were heard throughout the night. It was Spring Break so the partiers were out all night. "Excellent stay. Super well located steps away from the Hollywood Boardwalk. Room spotless and in excellent condition, fully renovated. High quality shower and comfortable bed. Plenty of snacks available for a reasonable fee. Check-in expérience a little complicated (need to sign reservation agreement in advance via DocuSign) but ultimately was easy as you can enter directly your room via keypad code. Fully recommend the Tel!"

"A/C worked great. Spotlessly clean room. The staff were fantastic and Tiffany at the front desk was especially helpful. The hotel is right in front of the beach and there is a great view from the lobby where you can sit and have free coffee or water. "

"Great stay! Definitely some down sides, room was dirty when we arrived, bathroom got extremely wet, and compared to our friends room, our room needed some fixing. This did not take away from the hotel though. The proximity to the beach and the amenities this hotel offers are unbeatable. Beach chairs for free, free drink at taco shack (so good), and a literal one second walk to the beach. Cannot beat this place. "

"One of the couches were bound with duct tape. We were supposed to have a queen bed and sofa, no sofa. The next day they brought a roll out bed. Roach was in bathroom and it's not right on the water. The lady at the desk was nice, but no one was there after 6pm. Parking was a joke. Had to walk across busy road to get to our room. "
