"Overall we were very disappointed in our stay. Upon entering our room, we found 30-40 termites both dead and alive along the window sills, flying across the room, and crawling on the bed. When we notified the front desk staff, they were very apologetic and did wipe the windows off but also shared that management had tried spraying for them outside the building (meaning they were aware that the room was infested with termites and still placed us there). "They don’t provide breakfast at all. The rooms look clean, but they don't get swept. You could feel the sand on the ground floor. The mattresses are not so good, and the water is very weak for a shower. You get better at the shower outside. A big plus is that it is located a few steps from the beach. "They are very understaffed at this hotel. The line is out the door practically when you get to the one check in office they have for all of their hotels. The pools are very small with hardly any chairs available and people blast their music at all hours at the pools. Our room looked bigger and cleaner in the photos online and you hardly get anyone that speaks English on the property. Also they say they have parking but the spots are barely any parking spots and not in a lot basically on the side...
