Overall a good stay with an amazing breakfast. Let down a little by only being given 2 towels for a 4 person room (reception did fix this straight away) and the WiFi being significantly slower than the 25mbps advertised which was one of the reasons why we chose that hotel

The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
Comfy room and good shower pressure. Good amenities interms of spa and pool. Will stay again.

Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly throughout. The rooftop bar was lovely for both a few drinks before we went out and for the breakfast in the morning. We didn't use the gym or spa which we would have liked to, but didn't have time, so can't comment on them. ...

Hilton Birmingham Metropole
Clean, easy check in and out. Great room service. Room was a bit out of the way and difficult to find at first as was accessed by separate elevator but staff was helpful. A bit odd that bathroom had no door.

A basic but clean room, ideal for the purpose of getting an early morning flight or arriving back into Birmingham after the last train. Bed sheets didn’t quite fit the bed but were clean.
