"The host is super friendly and very attentive. She helped me a lot when I had trouble communicating with taxi drivers. She also helped me organize my itinerary and showed me the best places to visit. If I come back to China and Zhangjiajie, I would definitely stay here again. "

"We visited the hotel in off season so we have to expect that it is not up to full operation. I believe we were on two guests in this 900 plus room resort. The assistant manager was so helpful to us with researching things to do and places to eat in the area which made things much easier. The rooms were big and comfortable so no complaints there. I took advantage of the inexpensive in-house massages. Easy to get around using Didi. Would probably stay here again. "

"Highly recommend this hotel. We will definetely comes back next year. The room were very cute design and comfortable. The hotel owners (Tina and her husband) were super kind and go beyond waiting with us for 2 hours to obtain SIM card, Tina also helped to add WECHAT which is so useful later for our trip.
