"The lady at the front desk is an absolute treasure: she upgraded our room to a gorgeous duplex with a view of Tienmen mountain and helped book our tickets to 72 Towers - plus took us to a restaurant nearby with excellent food. She was lovely and super helpful and made our stay wonderful.
As for the rest: the property is beautiful and super clean. Our room was super spacious and the beds so great to sleep in. Highly recommend staying here"

"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, and the location is excellent, especially if you're planning to visit Tianmen Mountain since the cable car station is just a short walk away. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and generally comfortable.
However, there were a few significant issues that affected the overall experience.
First, the included breakfast is not served in the hotel itself but at a small nearby restaurant. While breakfast is included, the experience...

"I had chosen this resort because the pictures, and reviews looked good. I was here with my 2 adult kids . We got to the hotel a bit late from a day of exploring. Wish we did earlier. The place was nothing like the pictures showed. It looked run down. The towels were stained. We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay."

"시설이 조금 노후 되여 관리를 조금 더 신경써야 할것 같아요. 현관입구 옷장쪽 윗부분에 물이 샌 자국이 있어 곰팡이가 피여 있어요 .
직원분들은 친절 합니다 . 호텔에 편의점은 없어요 . 조금 걸어 나가야 있는데"
