"Very clean Hotel. Cherry, the manager made a big difference as she was very friendly and help me with my itinerary providing me valuable information. There is a washer in the fourth floor and some restaurants around the hotel. This is very close to the bus station just one block away and you can actually walk to the east gate to visit the avatar mountains. Recommended place very comfortable and clean. "

"Clean, comfortable and good location. We were 15-20 min walk from the east gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park. The hotel included breakfast, lots of options but less if you do not eat pork (you have have eggs, some breads, salad, cereals, noodles, fruit /veggies). Staff in the laundry room were so kind, I appreciated their help with the washing. There are also snacks in the lobby. "omfortable, clean, and location is ok free airport and train station pick up if ask early and staff is very kind and helpful and gave advices on my Tianmen forest park. they also offer private taxi ride with a very good deals if asked ( Guilin to & from Yangsou ) Stayed there for 2 nights in April 2026 - Zhangjiajie"
