"Beautiful views, don’t be fooled the rooms not closest to the water have gorgeous views. I stayed right over the water and it was nice as well. Amazingly clean - I stayed for a month, and sometimes could hear them cleaning. Unlike most places, they literally scrubbed the floors between stays. The office staff was very kind and went out of their way for the guests. Don’t miss the restaurant, which is great (and I’m a local so I know). A very good deal for all you get. "

"I love the history of the hotel and all the photographs on the hallway walls of old Glens Falls and the surrounding area. I only wish that some of the framed photographs had information telling us where and when they were taken. My room was really beautiful and looked out on City Park. The pool was exactly the right temperature, and the hot tub was wonderful. However, next time, I'm going to ask for an accessible room, because my bathroom had the lowest toilet I've ever seen - great for...

"Loved our stay at Sara Glen. We felt very welcomed at check-in. The only downside was that the room felt outdated and smelled "old"."

"I can't speak on the amenities as they had just opened for the season and they weren't available for use. The room was clean and well equipped. The only thing I would have improved was access to wall outlets. The bed closest to the door had no charging options nearby. "

"Front Desk person was very friendly and efficient. Got us checked in early. Room was clean and maintained. Comfortable beds! TV cable did not work well. guide not lined up with the TV channels on the TV. I forget a pillow and you were helpful in retrieving it from my room and having it at the desk for pick up by a friend of mine. Breakfast was good value for overall price paid. As was the guest room. Thank you. "

"4 night stay worst one yet arcade half machine were broken or just taken money and not working ....had to go get towels mutliple times for the pool and was given the basket full of them like i worked there and am supposed to bring them down... people we went with also got locked out of there room and noby to fix it no maintenance guy.... room dirty and stained when we got there and the best part me and my son have bites like bed bugs i am covered in bites the day we left and found one later...
