"Took myself a little "man" retreat here to spend some focused time on a project. I setup on the huge patio. Internet was great. Outdoors was quiet, especially later in the evening when there was next to no traffic on the nearby road. It was just absolutely perfect in every way. I saw old reviews mention the bed needing replacement and I believe that it has been as it was also perfect."

"We have stayed in this house four or five times and always love our time there. My husband and I have stayed there by ourselves as well as with friends. The property is always immaculate. We love the three porches, a glass enclosed, screen enclosed, an open one. Lots of room for relaxing and watching deer. You might take your folding chairs for the dock, which is another nice place to sit. We highly recommend this house! "

"We had a nice time staying on Lake Mineola. We went to fish, and it was a great place to stay and hang out right on the water. The small house is just the right size for a few people. The main house has 2 bedrooms and1 full bath. "The only issue with the stay was, it’s not a private dock when you have somebody else’s boat sitting in the dock! Had really bad storms and couldn’t utilize the dock due to somebody’s boat being stored in the slip. Overall, it was a great day!"

"Unfortunately, due to violent storms, we lost power for the majority of our stay. However, the weather was cool enough that we are able to stay and enjoy the housing by flashlight - a unique memory.
