"The property was as described on the website. It was conveniently located where we needed to go and it was easy to get to other places too. The apartment literally had everything we needed for our stay and I'm happy I picked this property. "

"This property was the most nasty place i have ever been, there was blood on the floor on the walls. Blood on the outside of the property. It was in an unsafe area they were shooting. Rats were under the stove. I would not let my dog sleep there. When we called and complained they did nothing so we did not stay we left. It was shameful. The property manager was rude and disrespectful. This home is not safe!!!!!"

"Great place to stay within walking distance to places to eat and drink. Also a wonderful park a short walk away. The house was wonderful and we will stay here again if we’re in Birmingham!"

"Very cute loft in a great part of downtown. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it if you are looking for a great, easy place to stay and get around downtown. "

"Although the apartment wasn’t the one in the pictures, it was perfect. A lot of security to check in and go in and out of the building. Pool was clean, two BBQ stations, gym, and lounge. Walking distance to Starbucks, Publix and other restaurants. Everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, saving us instead of dining out. Host is quick to respond and helpful. Will definitely book here again!"

"Really cool location/building. Stay was excellent but make sure to communicate with the host when you check out. The cleaners told him we were still in the unit (after check out time) and we had been gone for 2 hours. "
