"WE LEFT EARLY IT WAS SO BAD!! Yes, we eventually became so fed up with the issues at this property that we left halfway through our visit. The company happily kept our entire payment and showed no concern for the many problems we dealt with during our stay.- We didn't receive our entrance instructions on time for arrival- The property was covered in spiders, their webs and dead bugs, live bugs inside the bedrooms and a kitchen covered in ants-Maintenance showed up twice to perform maintenance...

"This home is very clean, well decorated, has most amenities you need and more, plus it is close to UAB and a lot of restaurants. Coming from South Florida, it was too cold for us to sit in the balcony but could imagine how nice it would be in warmer weather. Sitting in the living room sofa you can see many trees around you that it felt like you were in a forest and not in the middle of Birmingham.
