"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

"We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. "

"We stayed on top floor balcony facing the water and it was beautiful. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Don't leave your plate unattended because it's open air area and birds will take your food. "

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless every single day. The snorkeling area was phenomenal and perfect for traveling with kids. A special thank you to Emir, the lifeguard, who was so kind and knowledgeable, making us feel safe and cared for. This place truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to go back!"

"We have been to several resorts in Riviera Maya, but this was our first visit to Valentin Imperial. This resort was our favorite by far. The resort was clean and beautifully landscaped. The staff was friendly and we had excellent service. Dining options were great, and the overall food quality was better than other resorts. We booked a Silver Junior suite, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We will be back. "

"Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel and Spa was a wondrous place. It had the charm of jungle ambiance including spider monkeys always eager to eat bananas and iguanas creeping along to get their share of the bananas. The staff was exceptional always ready to assist and recommend suggestions to restaurants, ruins, cenotes and parks. I’m already planning a trip next year to bring my daughter and granddaughter to Terasu. "

"We absolutely adore this property! We visit this location a lot with our adult children, and it consistently ranks as the best place on the island.
