Jamila, Lilly - I think, Rashid, and because I don’t remember all the names, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you, hotel management and staff, for living up to our expectations and much more. If we are ever in Diani Beach, this is where we will stay"

"The only thing that met our expectations was the excellent customer service and help we got from staff especially the manager on duty. She stayed late until 0100 am to receive us and was understanding when we told her the facility didn’t meet our expectations and reached out to owner to make sure we got charged for only one night."
