"Booking was a breeze, communication was excellent, check in was a breeze. We walked in to beautiful soothing music playing on the TV, with lamp on so we could check out the home. We were greeted with a fresh clean environment and beautifully decorated home. We had a relaxing wonderful stay. While you are in Mentone, don’t miss out on going to eat at the Mad Hatter Cafe. It was an awesome experience."

"One of the nicest homes we’ve rented thus far . Exceptionally clean, interior was beautiful. A couple of minor things to improve upon kitchen could have been better stocked with paper products and cleaning supplies . Be aware home is not directly lake front , but does have a limited view from front porch. Plenty of parking for both vehicles and boats , neighborhood was absolutely quiet and lovely . Communication with host was great. We will definitely stay again in the future. "

"Husband & I stayed for a long weekend. Location was close to stores, had everything we needed & many boat launches. Although we didnt have our boat this weekend, it wouldn't have been an issue. Covered boat parking with power/lights. Cabin is on a busy hwy, road noise was loud during the day. Easy to find & easy/fast communication with owners. Would rent here again but only a cabin towards the back. Glad we stayed, thanks for having us!"

"First time staying in Alabama. We rent vacation houses many times per year and I can say our stay here was wonderful. It is close to the road, there is definitely road noise, but it didn't matter, the house and the view made you forget the noise. The bed was beyond comfortable! We lost power one night (the entire area, not a house issue). I messaged the host and received a response within minutes (at 9:30 pm). "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little house the last week in May. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch where we played games and listened to the rain on the tin roof. Our only complaint was it was TOO relaxing lol! The beds and couch were very comfortable. Kitchen a bit small but we managed since it was just me, my husband, and our dog.
