"Check in was effortless with a nice chat with the receptionist. I had upgraded my room for this visit and it was really comfortable with a large bed and a coffee machine, but other than this the standard room I usually have is very good. "We loved the FerryHill Hotel. The check in was easy and the room clean and quiet with plenty of space. Breakfast was included the next day and we ate dinner at the restaurant as well. The service and care from check in to our meals to check out was kind and caring. You are able to park in the lot at the hotel for free and the walk to your room is short. Between the hospitality and the wonderful room, this is a must stay in Aberdeen. "

"Amanda at reception at check in was wonderfully helpful at finding us the room as I had inadvertently booked the wrong date. She was understanding and cheerful. She deserves a big thank you.
