Modern spacious seaside villa opposite patrolled surf beach and park wifi included. 3 Doors down from the RSL Club. The Villa has all new quality furnishing, beds, lounges linen etc. Master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe. Second bedroom has 2 king singles or can be made up as a king bed.Second bathroom has shower and bath with separate toilet. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and reverse cycle air conditioning in open planned living area. There is a separate laundry with dryer or there is an outside washing line. The north facing courtyard has a herb garden and gas BBQ, outdoor setting and outdoor shower shaded with sails to provide the ultimate beach side holiday. If this villa is booked try Seaside Villas B. Both villas can be opened up with an adjoining gate for larger families and friends wanting to holiday together occupying both villas. The Villas have no steps. Discounts for 7 nights applicable.

Our stay at Sawtell Seaside Villa A was the best stay we have had at Sawtell. We have been staying in Sawtell for over 15 years and hands downs the best place we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious and the location was perfect! The host Wendy was very accomodating.

We loved our stay in Sawtell. The location is amazing - across ten road from the beach, 2 minute walk to all the shops and cafes. Just perfect for a beach holiday! The house is bigger than it appears online and had everything we needed. It was so nice to find quality items (like toilet paper) and such a well appointed kitchen. It was incredibly clean and Wendy was a wonderful, responsive host. Highly recommended

Location was excellent, near to shops and near to beach, and Coffs just down the road. Property had a brand new interior with every comfort. Kitchen was immaculate. Comfy beds and very quiet, so no problems sleeping. We loved loved the shower in the courtyard too.

Perfect for a family beach stay. Newly renovated property is very clean and tidy. Located just a few doors up from the RSL, a few hundreds metres to the patrolled beach and one street over from the main street dining and shops. Generously stocked kitchen with with all the utensils and amenities needed. Host supplied washing powder for the laundry and other amenities. Communication was easy. Can't wait to visit again. Very comfortable stay for our family with small children.

We loved our stay here. It was close to all the delicious cafes and across the road from the beach. The villa was beautifully renovated and newly furnished. We loved that the bedrooms had blinds as well as blockout curtains so they were lovely and dark in the mornings- especially for the kids! They have thought of everything - like double basins in the ensuite, Tupperware & platters in the kitchen, sauces& coffee, a full laundry, a smart tv so we could watch all our streaming services. Great courtyard and our own driveway. Beds were comfy and communication with host was great. We would come back!
