Home away from home!!!

Myself and 4 friends had a girls weekend away at this beautiful property!! We all felt very relaxed and right at home the minute we walked through th door!!Everything was fresh and cleanand the house was very well equiped with everything you would need for a great hoiday!!Heaps of plates, cups, glasses etc so no need to wash up/dishwasher all the time!!!All in all my friends and I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone and everyone!!!

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. House was lovely, great outdoor areas, really nice pool and the slide was a massive hit with the kids. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect for large groups/families

Not a lot to say except every box was ticked. Went to Coffs for a golf weekend and with a group of 8 it can be hard to find accomodation to fit 8 individuals. This place was Bigger than Ben Hur. Multiple entertainment areas inside and out. With ample beds to fit everyone.

Other then....... The fold out couch having mouse droppings on the mattress, the ceiling in the bathroom having mould, the main bedroom with ensuite having empty toilet rolls in closet, the dooner smelling like dog, the window ceilings covered in bugs out stay was a pleasant one for a short weekend stay getaway.

A fantastic stay!

The house was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. It was well-equipped with all the modern conveniences, making our stay not just comfortable but also enjoyable. What really stood out were the thoughtful little extras that added a special touch—everything from extra towels to coffee supplies. The attention to detail was impressive and truly made us feel at home. I went in with high expectations, and I can confidently say this place was better than I imagined. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Beautiful house!

The house is absolutely stunning, in a peaceful area, plenty of room for a big family, very clean & looked after. Only negatives are pool was definitely not heated & there was no gym or spa as described in listing but overall was a nice experience. Would recommend.

Great Family Getaway

Peaceful location we came to Coffs to see all it has to offer, location was great for us the pool was inviting however quite cold but the kids still had a ball. Well equipped with everything you need and loved the rumpus room as it was perfect for our kids can’t wait to come back again

Enjoyable Stay at this Lovely Property

We stayed with some family and friends at this lovely well appointed property. The layout enabled time to be together or break out spaces for the kids / adults etc. Spacious kitchen and balcony and we loved the pool. Wifi drops in and out and 2 bathrooms is tricky for a larger group but we will definitely stay again. It’s a nice quiet location yet less 10 min from shops, restaurants and beach. Best of both worlds ! Hosts were very responsive. Thanks for a great stay.

Peaceful Setting in a Great Location

Great size house for large or extended families - (we had four generations celebrating a 60th wedding anniversary), with plenty of room to spread out. The house is in a very quiet area away from the noise of Coffs Harbour but close enough to access all it has to offer. Unfortunately there were a couple of negatives, the pool water was very murky and freezing cold when it was supposed to be heated, and we had to clean the oven and bbq before use.

Beautiful Boambee home

Magnificent, welcoming home with gorgeous coastal/Hamptons style. Absolutely perfect for our extended family holiday to celebrate 2 milestone birthdays. We all loved the pool, the quiet location, the huge outdoor covered deck where we shared many a great dinner and the easy proximity to shops. Our little dog, Bobo, loved the fenced backyard. Don't hesitate to stay here if you're interested - we'll be back!
