Home Near Beach with Heated Pool

Located in historic downtown Cocoa Beach just 3 short blocks from the beach and restaurants, this spacious 2,000+ sq ft home is designed and equipped for a great getaway experience. You will enjoy amenities galore with a brand new heated salt pool surrounded by tropical landscaping and our air conditioned game room complete with air hockey, ping pong, 65" smart TV, and other fun games. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is provided including towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, body boards, and a beach wagon. Come and enjoy the ultimate vacation experience at Cocoa Beach Bliss!

Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.

The kitchen was fully stocked and nicely organized. The game room was a lot of fun. The whole house was nicely laid out and the back yard and pool area were beautiful. The house is walkable to the beach and restaurants and bars.

We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked - loved having outdoor / indoor dishes. Fun game room that kept the kids entertained as well as the heated pool! Teresa was available whenever we needed - did not need to reach out but for a few questions. We would definitely recommend this home!!!

Home has a beautiful layout with a professional design. We arrived a little later than expected, but the owners provided us a welcome basket with snacks and water, so I didnt have to run to the store right away. My teenagers especially loved the converted garage game room with the ping pong and air hockey tables. The best part was the amazing backyard! Its well landscaped with lots of privacy. The pool is amazing. I loved reading my book under the umbrella on the pool ledge. All extra amenities included for pool or beach. We only brought our personal items, and anything else we purchased at the nearby Publix. The owners were kind and knowledgeable of the area. This is a must stay for your next Cocoa Beach trip!!

This is a ver comfortable home with plenty of space to relax and enjoy getting away. The beach is very close although the surf was strong the week we visited due to hurricane Erin affecting the weather it was nice to be there. The property has most if not all the amenities you need. Shopping for food and groceries is convenient (there are several options). There’s are various local and chain restaurant option too. The host was respectful and we had good communication overall.

It is THE Best rental I have ever stayed at. It is clean, everything is in order and easily labeled, and there is every amenity you could want with a family with young children. THE BEST. 5 out of 5. I couldn't recommend it more.

Great house and host.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was open, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We especially loved the pool, it was perfect for relaxing and playing. We spent hours swimming and dining outside under the covered porch. The location was also great! Very close to the beach and other amenities.

Wonderful location and home

Our stay was great! The pool and landscaping is beautiful. The house had everything we needed. We really appreciated all of the extras (shampoo, conditioner, pool towels, laundry detergents, etc). Thank you for a wonderful stay in Cocoa Beach!

Initially reluctant to try VRBO... no longer

Our family and our best friend family have been traveling together for years, but this was our first time going to a VRBO (previously went to all inclusive). We found that this really was an amazing experience. The kids (girls aged 13, and Boys aged 15) had a great experience with all of the games and the pool and accessories. We weren't too far from the beach, a good ice-cream spot, and the candy store. The adults were impressed with the communication from the owner, the cleanliness, and how well the kitchen was stocked for spices and other utensils. Overall, we were really impressed, and our friends who were very hesitant to try a vacation like this, are already looking for the next one. Would fully recommend, and will most likely return to this, or another one of the owners locations in aprox 4 years time (when there is a different political climate without a President directly threatening our home country of Canada). Looking forward to returning.

Amazing property!

This is a beautiful home that is well taken care of! Theresa made sure that our stay was top of the line. Quiet street, close to the beach! We walked to Coconuts on the Beach, to avoid the street parking. Kids were in the heated pool a majority of our stay! Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful time!! Teresa was wonderful to work with and provided us with suggestions on things to do, and even let us know that there was going to be a rocket launch. The house was immaculate and was a perfect location for our family. We would definitely stay here again!!

Comfortable, fun, and peaceful!

My wife and I stayed at this property in mid-December. It’s located within walking distance of the beach and downtown Cocoa Beach. Great town to explore, and a wide selection of nice restaurants around. We really enjoyed Branos, Fat Snook, and Whisk & Grind, among others. The weather was nice, which allowed us to use the heated pool. Although the temperature was in mid-70’s, the pool was very comfortable. The backyard was private. We enjoyed hanging outside even when not swimming. Well-stocked beach toys, beach towels, wagon, lawn chairs. Kitchen had good appliances and cookware. House was clean and well-organized. The master bed was comfortable with a memory-foam mattress. Extra blankets, linens, pillows were available. Living room was comfortable. We enjoyed playing ping pong and air hockey, with the garage door open to cool down. Teresa graciously helped us with last minute changes to our rental (thank you!), and provided timely communications. Would love to return someday!

Bliss!

Our stay was amazing. The property was perfect for our family vacation of 7. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the pool and grilling. Plenty of pool toys, beach toys and a wagon and cooler to take to the beach. Cocoa Beach is a nice beach town. It was our first time there and an easy drive from Orlando. We loved it. Would definitely stay again at Cocoa Beach Bliss!

Everything beach house!

What a lovely peaceful home. With three king beds. A very unusual opportunity for our family to enjoy. Anything that you could need was available. The game room was so enjoyable and air conditioned as well. Lots of space and a lovely backyard with wonderful pool. So much more in the everything beach house! Thanks Teresa for making it a 5 star stay!!

Great House close to the Beach

What a great place! Close to the beach, 4 blocks away. Nice clean home with a great pool, BBQ, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. My only regret is that we didn't have more time there to explore the Cocoa Beach town and shops. I guess we have to come back ;)

My family stayed for a few days during the Fourth of July week and we enjoyed every minute. The house is immaculate. Not only is it very clean but everything was meticulously taken care of. They had everything stocked very generously. I highly recommend this home. The only fair balance information I would share is that if the beach is your goal each day, it is about a 5 block walk. My family and I enjoyed the pool and only wanted to the beach early in the morning or in the evening, so it was perfect for us. And there is public parking extremely convenience if you elect to drive to the beach. Our vacation included Disney and a cruise, and all 3 kids (ages 6, 19, 20) said that the house portion was their favorite part of the trip! All in all, a great house!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful, everything it advertised. The host was great. We could not of expected anymore. She has thought of everything a person could need, and has it there for you. The house was very clean, and the pool was wonderful. We loved staying in the house, it was great.
