  • Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing. Professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. We know you will love our home as much as we have. (This is a second floor unit) Please be sure to disclose your pets

The place was perfect, super clean, quiet, and simply great. Don’t forget long sleeved shirts and pants for nights near the water. Kayaks were wonderful and the manatees and dolphins were absolutely everywhere. It was great.

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable and has a very at home feel. Lots of extras such as the beach chairs and towels, games, sand toys, and a cooler. Great location - quick drive to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Host communication was great. We had a minor issue at the unit (no fault to anyone) and they responded and fixed it immediately. We will stay here again!

This place was perfect! We loved all the decor and the serene river right outside our window. Everything was very well stocked with plenty to cook with. The kayaks were amazing to be able to get up close with the manatees- maybe a little too close for us when one came up and whacked our kayak with its tail. But we had the best time there. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very spacious and had a beautiful view. It was very clean and had beach supplies there. The area is nice, quiet and relaxing. Being able to watch the shuttle launches from the kayaks was a highlight. We enjoyed the food recommendations as well.

We loved our stay in Cocoa Beach. The property was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. We saw dolphins and manatees up close which was so cool. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved walking around the area and the beach was only a mile walk. We would definitely come again.

Highly recommend. Very clean. Kayaks, paddles, and life vests provided free of charge. Could see Manatees and dolphins right off the dock. We will be staying here again.

Delightful place close to it all

We were all so comfortable during our stay! The kitchen was amazing, as were the bathrooms (excellent shower) and beds. Great view, too, and got to see the bioluminescence off the dock — enchanting!

We enjoyed our stay so much the host was gracious enough to add 2 extra days for us on short notice. The condo is newly renovated & immaculate in a quiet neighborhood, it is 1.3 miles from the beach & adorable downtown.We rented bikes from A1A outdoor bike rental & rode downtown in the evenings.Such a great time & hoping to return next year.

Christmas vacation

We loved everything about this place. So quiet the kayaks were a huge hit .. we seen some manatees and dolphins so many sting rays ... We also went surfing and participated in surfing Santa ... The apartment was clean and comfortable..

Great property, location, and overall great place to stay! Kayaking was great, just really windy a couple days made it tough to do, but still great atmosphere and opportunities!!!
