"Our second time staying there. Nice and quiet dogs loved it. Everything we need in the kitchen except for storage containers, plastic wraps and foil. We brought our own. Needs some maintenance water damage and broken lamps and windows that don’t open. One of the bedrooms smells like dog pee they should remove the carpet or replace it. Besides that everything was good. "

This home checks all the boxes: Utterly spectacular views of the ocean with comfortable sitting areas inside and outside to stare at the sea.The organized kitchen has everything you need. The furnishings and decor are all high end. Much love and thought was put into this home. The beds are comfortable! Brian was a warm and gracious host. He was easy to get a hold. We have been coming to The Sea Ranch for over 30 years and this is definitely one of the nicest...

"The Tiny Tipsy Turtle was perfect for our needs. Well designed to make use of a small space. As 2 adults and a large dog with a crate, we were just fine. The cleanliness and great use of space made our stay lovely. Having the deck/patio area was a nice bonus. Location was wonderful: walking distance to shopping, eateries and a beach. "

"Lovely, comfortable, spacious house, perfect for 5 couples to reconnect and relax. Kitchen, dining room, living room, patio and pool area all great spaces to gather. Large bedrooms afford privacy. And the natural surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. "

"The place was great with views of the ocean from every room of this oceanfront property.There is an Ant problem in the kitchen area that should be addressed. The second bedroom bathroom needs to be upgraded as it’s showing its age especially the tub."

"This place is so cool. On a working winery with beautiful views of the vineyards and mountains. The house is big and modern. Great kitchen. Many bedrooms. And shockingly close to Healdsburg. Truly a special wine country stay, could not recommend it more."

"Liked the peace & quiet. Great mattress, so slept well. Coffee set up not great. One coffee was open, leaving ony one small package. Went out & bought our own coffee Close to everything. Had a restful stay."

"We had a pleasant stay at the property over the Memorial Day weekend. It’s away from the crowds but yet 15 mins from Sonoma Lake for water sports and 30 mins from Healdsburg. Amazing view and great time in the pool. "

"I stayed over Christmas with my pup. It was a really large space for the two of us. I like the location, quiet and rural. There aren't any street lamps so once the sun goes down, it's pitch black. Would suggest bringing a headlamp for those with a dog. "
