"Delightful patio and view. Hot water worked, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and useable, fridge and appliances all worked,. On the negative, some of the towels were old and scratchy, the living room A/C was noisy. Although building access was good, the windows are weak points in the security of the apartment. The outside of the building is badly in need of maintenance. And, please tell renters about the very tight parking space. "

"I gave it a 4 but it’s really a 3.5. Good location on the water. Great view. Plenty of beds (two families, total of 9 people). Dock was ok / sufficient for a weekend. Jet ski port was great. There’s not really a fire pit at the property… it’s just a circle of concrete blocks close to two buildings with very tall grass around it. The basement ceiling is very low so even a 5’5” person has to bend down to shower. The upstairs bedroom has an exhaust fan in it, with a sign that says to turn the fan...

"No room to park even a small trailer at bottom of driveway. Boat parking IS allowed overnight at the Anderson County launch ramp. "

"We found this to be the perfect place to stay for a true Knoxville experience. It is located at the center of everything and easy to get out of the town with a very convenient garage. The fully appointed apartment is very comfortable and roomy. Loved the decor.Communication with the property manager was outstanding - a very personable and efficient individual.Would stay there again!"

"We loved our stay at Playin’ Hooky! The house was perfect for our group. They truly thought of everything when getting this house prepared for guests. They had games, toys for the kids, high chairs, detergent, etc. The only complaint I would have would be the dead bugs. Lots of carpenter bees, flies, wasps in the window sills in every room. "

"This place was absolutely incredible! You can tell the owners have put lots of time and thought into making sure the stay is nothing short of amazing. The room themes are just so cool! The house was very clean, spacious, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything you may need. The host was very responsive and had great communication throughout the whole stay. The views of the lake from the house were absolutely stunning! We also rented a pontoon boat from them and the boat was in great...

"Our daughter is a student at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. "

"Our team was blown away by the space! They raved from the minute they walked inside. While we were close enough to walk to everywhere we needed to be, we had privacy and time to bond as a team since were not staying at the hotels with the rest of our convention participants. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and were excited to go home with clean clothes instead of having to laundry when they returned from our long, draining convention. We would definitely stay here again (and probably will)!"

"Very Good stay. Good location/short drive to anywhere we needed to go. Only have two recommendations for the listing I wished I had known before the trip. 1. Only TV is in the basement. 2. Beds described as 2 king and a double queen. It was actually 2 queens and double xl twins. Overall stay was great. 5 stars, great host!"

"What a beautiful lake home. The decor was perfect & gave lake vibes even though we visited when it was a little cool to enjoy the lake. The home has everything we needed, clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again & would purchase this home if it were listed!"
