  • Families perfect Holiday home for their summer escape!
    Located only 1km from the beach and boat ramps, this gorgeous home has been newly renovated and is clean, simple and sun-filled rooms and all the essentials you need to relax into your holiday!

    This cozy home features three bedrooms, large outdoor area with outdoor dining table and play area for the kids, secure space to store your boat and cars and settle into the evening and enjoy the ambience of the warmth from a real fireplace.

    Our home features three bedrooms, master bedroom has a kings size bed, the second bedroom a queen bed and third a double/single bunk bed suitable for both the kids and adults. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and a split system cooling/heating is in the living area. We also have a wood fire to enjoy the ambience of the warmth from a real fireplace, with fire wood supplied for your stay.

    The back yard is exceptionally big with a large grass area for children to run and play, with a swing set and toys available to your kids.

    Relax in the covered patio area ideal for summer or winter - a barbecue is available for use and a large outside freezer for all of your fishing bait and the day’s fresh catch!

    The kitchen is well equipped with ample crockery and cook ware, to make your stay more comfortable with a brand new dishwasher for your use to really make your time relaxing.

    High speed wireless internet is supplied and Netflix can be watched on the large TV in the living room.

    Off street parking under a carport is provided and we have enough room for you to safely park and store your caravan or jet skis.

    Our community is the perfect destination for a holiday or weekend getaway to explore the Bellarine Peninsula & all the region has to offer, such as Golf Courses, Curlewis Golf Driving Range, Wineries & Restaurants, the Geelong Foreshore, Adventure Park, Surf Beaches and Coastal Towns.

    A pleasant walk to amazing views of Corio Bay, the You Yangs, and the skyline of Melbourne, launch your boat for a day of fishing or simply cast off from the sand. Take a bike ride along the trail or just sit relax and take in slower pace of life and enjoy the stunning views whiling catching a daily sunset or sunrise.

    The Clifton Springs boat harbour provides safe boat ramps to launch your boat and is perfect for fishing. Or swim at the local beach which is ideal location for kayaking, paddle boarding and other water activities.

    A starter supply of firewood is provided. If you require more during your stay, additional firewood is available for purchase at local shops nearby.

Amazing stay for our family, 2 little ones and a dog. All had a ball. Great facilites inside and out, the kids loved the playset in the backyard. Would definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at a holiday house and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness was impeccable, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The comfort level exceeded my expectations, ensuring a relaxing stay. Its proximity to shops made convenience a highlight, while the quiet neighborhood added a peaceful touch. Perfect getaway

A lovely, immaculate and cosy house with everything you need and only a short drive to the water. We three had a very relaxing stay including our rescue dog who loved the secure yard. All communication was seamless and prompt. It was excellent value for money. This area has become one of our favourite weekend getaway destinations.

My daughter and I booked this airbnb while my husband was having cardiac surgery. I have an assistance dog and wanted a pet friendly place not too far from Geelong. This suited our budget and our needs!

Great property excellent if you have a boat and like to fish. Small freezer on patio outside to make ice and store bait between trips. Comfortable house with good appliances and everything you need.

The house, while small, was comfy and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, as was the couch. I found the kitchen to be well stocked with plastic ware for the kids to eat on as well (terrific idea!) Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all look quite new. The kids found Connect 4 which they enjoyed playing, but no other games or cards to speak of (so just bring your own). We made use of the Weber and the coonara (wood supplied). The property has a big backyard with play equipment for the little ones. The property is located close to the beach and to the supermarket. The hosts of this property were excellent communicators; very detailed and quick replies. We enjoyed being able to take our two dogs with us. The yard was very secure for them. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.
