"Was clean and well lit. Shower curtain rod was broken so bathroom got very wet. Water didn’t get very hot either. Would stay again. Hopefully with a functional shower curtain next time :)"

"Staff was amazing , assistant general manager “Chatey” was great also the night shift people were great “ Devin and Noah “ , they were all great help !!! Hotel is very clean , breakfast is as good as what you expect for the pay. Room didn’t have any bad smell or any bugs so that is also great. Location is fantastic, everything you might want is close by. I definitely recommend this nice hotel "

"We were in town for the Yacht Club Festival and the Hyatt was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable; the windows were huge with a view out over the river but had excellent curtains to block out the light of the city. We were in and out several times to visit parks and attractions around the city and it was quick and easy to text valet and retrieve our car. It was a quick, safe walk to the festival grounds. I would definitely book here again. "

"We loved being on the river and had a great view from our balcony. It had a very comfortable bed which was definitely appreciated. We will definitely stay here again, and will recommend to others."

"Fun property with interesting decor. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The light switches in our room were rather confusing, but we eventually figured it out. Appreciated the filtered water bottle filling station."

"Great hotel, great location, and wonderful staff all around. We were greeted kindly at check-in and received a complementary breakfast as it was my birthday. The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will stay again if in the area."

"As usual stay was excellent - wish spa amenities were open to guests and that getting appointments were easier. One of my reasons for staying is access to sauna - would be the best hotel ever if this was fixed. "

"My kids loved the pool. While surfing the channels- we didn’t see any kid friendly shows on cable but the WiFi was workable for my kids to be on their electronics. Breakfast and coffee was delicious! "
