"This cute little cottage was perfect for 2 of us and our dog. It was decorated coastal and everything was just the right size. We loved the screened in porches and spent a lot of time enjoying them. We will definitely stay there again."

"This suite is stunning! The furnishings are simple, comfortable and chic. The suite is located down a beautiful, well lit gravel path in a serene location. It’s quiet, peaceful and relaxing.The owner is readily available if needed. We will definitely visit again. "

"My husband, myself, my 9 year old son, and my 5 year old dog stayed this past weekend at this property. We all loved it SO much - my son especially loved all the fun things there were to do inside the property alone. My dog loved the fenced in yard, but also the area in general is extremely dog friendly - which is a lot different where I'm from. Very clean property - one of the cleanest I have stayed. "We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return."

"The house was perfect. Very updated, very nicely decorated, loved the backyard and front porch!! Beds very comfortable. Was very clean! Honestly can’t say one negative thing about the house. Not really walkable to much of anything, but very short drive to all the great bars and restaurants on the water. Would definitely stay again if ever back in town. Host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. "

"What a gem at Colonial Beach! Having never been, we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. Cozy, comfortable and convenient to everything. Waking to the sunrise was a treat. Very clean. Beds are comfy. Big nice bathroom. History of the building is so interesting. The owners are very very nice to work with. Would love to come back!"
