It’s 20-min to F&M Bank Arena and Austin Peay. It’s 14-min to Ft. Campbell, KY, 15 min to Oak Grove Casino and 59-min to Nashville. House-trained dogs allowed. (max 3); 1st dog=$25 per night, 2nd & 3rd dogs are $10 per night each. Pet fee only applied to first 10 days of stay.

2. Pet Fee Policy: We love hosting furry companions, and our pet policy is designed to be fair for both short-term and long-term stays. Please note that we only allow dogs and our pet fee is structured as follows:

-First dog: $25 per night for the first 10 nights, up to a maximum of $250.
- Each additional dog: $10 per night for the first 10 nights, up to a maximum of $100 per dog.
- Maximum of three (3) dogs per stay.

Lovely clean fenced in property

This listing was accurate and the place was very clean, well updated and appointed with a very comfortable flow. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. Neighborhood was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed this property.
