"The pod was small but comfortable. It was a little crowded with our luggage and it would have been nice to be able to push our luggage under the bed when not in use. The host provided a french press and coffee and sugar. No salt and pepper or cooking oils were provided if you are planning on cooking any meals. "Great property as a base to explore glencoe and surrounding areas. Great for a single person or a couple. Enjoyed the peace and closeness to a pub nearby. Very cozy bothy and very unique. And cherry on top is really good wifi if you need to work a bit."

"Not worth the cost. The bathroom fan wasn’t working and the shower drain needs unclogging. I had to stop the water for it to drain or it would have over flown the base. The stove light didn’t work. There was no toaster. No facial tissue/kleenex. The dish sponge was used (not good for someone with food allergies like me). There were only two glasses.
And be warned, if you are on the top floor like we were, the sun shines on the sliding door all afternoon and into the evening, making the place...

"Booked this for my daughter and 2 grand children, last minute as her tent was broken by the adverse weather they was experiencing. They loved the property, they said it was very clean and well equipped and they loved the view of the mountains. Property is very close to a train station but my daughter said they didnt hear any noise from it."

"Melfort Village is terrific.
Beautiful setting and marvellous accommodation.
There is a pool, tennis court, putting green, restaurant /bar (great food)and lots of space. The staff are great, enthusiastic and helpful.Walks in the nearby hills or to the lochs. The Village is well placed for access to the magnificent nearby scenery (but do not follow the receptionist recommendation as to how to get to the falls - the road is a nightmare and there is a longer but better way!).
