A luxurious 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home with professional interior design of the highest quality. The home is fully equipped and set in the stunning Oban area in the village of Taynuilt. The large kitchen and dining area with two sets of french doors flow out onto the decking where you will find a 6 person Jacuzzi hot tub. It is the perfect space to entertain. With numerous bedrooms and bathrooms this property is ideal for a large family getaway or a reunion with friends. The garden offers privacy and beautiful views of Ben Cruachan. Additionally, this property has ample private parking.

Oban, gateway to the Isles, is a short 15 minute drive making this an ideal base for exploring the West coast of Argyll.

Fantastic property, perfect for a large family group. Everywhere was very clean and comfortable. Nice large kitchen with plenty of storage and a large fridge/freezer. The hot tub was brilliant, and very popular! It was regularly (but unobtrusively) checked for water quality too, which was reassuring. Good location, nice pub nearby, village shop 5 minutes away, golf course and good walk down to the water over the road. Also only a short drive to Oban. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay (firepit ran out of gas and we accidentally set the fire alarm off and couldn't re-set it) - both of these were dealt with exceptionally quickly by the host, they couldn't have been more helpful. We loved our 5 days here, and I would definitely recommend the property.

Impressive home

The home was beautiful and more room than our group actually needed. Host added thoughtful touches like a welcome basket with snacks that was immediately devoured. We had planned on more outdoor adventures but rainy weather meant we needed to switch gears and we were easily able to spend day in beautiful Oban with lunch , shopping and a whiskey flight at the distillery. The pub and. Eer garden next door was convenientlly located but very quiet the night we were there.

Great Family Time

A lovely property backing on to the main road to Oban. Had everything we needed for a great extended family weekend. All enjoyed the fabulous hot tub and we made good use of the BBQ and fire pit table in the evenings. A couple of snags and Gillian got on to them straight away, thank you!

Great family home!

Our family of 12 liked the layout of this home and the decor was lovely. The beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub as well. The home has some damage to the doors and walls, wear and tear and perhaps some of it due to remodeling upgrades. The home is lovely and met our needs for an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic

Stayed in this house for our annual family get together, there was 8 adults and 1 child, the house was perfect big enough to play games an have quality family time, though also big enough for privacy. I had asked for early check in and was grateful to be allowed this at no extra cost, we received a lovely welcome gift and had all the practical things available like tea and coffee which was very thoughtful. Thank you for allowing us time in your extra special holiday home and hopefully book again when the hotel is rebuilt.

Taynuilt

The villa at Taynuilt was above expectation and a lovely holiday for the family. The rooms were beautiful and layout exceptional. This was a birthday treat for me and my family and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The hot tub was very well received and we made good use of it during our stay. The villa is well situated within the village with lots of nice walks. It’s also close to Oban where we visited for a meal out. Would def recommend.

Great space for large group!

We loved our stay and all felt comfortable as a group of 9. There was plenty of space to hang out, and it was a quick drive to Oban and a beautiful journey to Glencoe. Gillian was very responsive and helpful.

Good family holiday home.

We enjoyed our stay and had great fun using the garden and hot tub. Upstairs looked as if it had been recently refurbished however there were a few snagging points ie broken hinges on doors. However this may be the result of a busy season beforehand. Large sitting room ideal for big families but we struggled to fit round the dining table.

We love the location and the house! The best part was the hot tub which we spent a lot of time enjoying the Scotland air and environment. Gillian was also very accommodating and communicated very effectively!

The house is truly amazing, all rooms are decorated in unique yet authentic way. There is everything one can possibly need inside the house. Great for a family gathering and staying inside. It’s a bit far away from key PoI but with the car totally reachable. The only thing, we tried to reach out to the owners after we left, as my son left a plush toy cow which was very dear to his heart, but never got any reply.
