"We stayed for a concert at Grand Casino Arena - the location for the hotel was absolutely perfect! We had littles so really appreciated the very short walk, along with many restaurants in the area to walk to as well. Hotel was very clean and updated, all staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, they were constantly restocking as there was a large breakfast crowd. Utilized valet as well, they were great! "The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly. Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again."

"The hotel itself was great— it’s well designed and definitely a unique vibe if you’re looking for something different. That being said, the service was not great. We had two rooms reserved for our 3-day stay. The first night my 7 year old went to turn in a light and was electrocuted, which resulted in all the lights in the room going out. "The room was ok. Beds were much smaller than expected. They seemed to be full size not Queen as advertised. Exterior security was nonexistent! 30 vehicles had their windows broken out overnight! It was suggested to my husband this was not the 1st time. Needless to say we left the next morning. Won't be staying there again."

"The room is fine. The people on site are nice. Do not buy parking from a third party vendor. And whatever you do, don’t leave anything in the room. I left an Apple Watch in mine and did not get it back. Plus, after you leave, the people you text aren’t as nice anymore. Oh, and if there is anything wrong with your TV, it takes hours for someone to come in and fix it. I, personally, would never stay here again."
