"Lovely pleasant staff, Lukas booked us in and it really was an easy stay from there .The room was smartly presented, tea coffee and water is complimentary .The coffee machine could have done with instructions I've not used the pod ones before( though perhaps there are ? and I missed them? Apologies if that is the case) I managed to work it out with aid of you tube so all good .The lighting isnt great, quite gloomy especially in the bathroom if you want to do your makeup but again you can...

"A nice basic room above a pub. The parking is a bit of a problem as there really isn’t anywhere nearby until after 8pm. But pretty good for the price. Nice staff."

"Nice friendly staff. Hotel decor dated in places but they are investing in renovation and I had one such room on the top floor. Walls a bit thin as could clearly hear a rather amorous couple next door - but that didn’t last too long!"

"We were in Room 4 on the top floor which was their largest one and had an ensuite bathroom. It was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a small issue with the shower temperature but after reaching out to the House Manager by text, it was repaired quickly while we were out. The only difficulty was parking (as in most areas of Brighton and Hove) but we were lucky to find a space not too far from the guest house. "We had an amazing stay here at the Claremont staff where some helpful nothing was any trouble Was made to feel very welcome was clean and so close to all amenities o would definitely recommend a stay here and I will definitely be back again "

"The worst and very disappointing thing was to arrive and don’t receive the support remotely to unlock the principal door as was instructed; fortunately an employee from the building aside helped us. There were no basic kitchen items such as a dish drainer, paper towels… Just as a suggestion, it would be good to have a non-stick frying pan; We couldn't find instructions on where to empty the trash can; The positive point was that because it was a new building, the facilities and furniture were...

"We had a lovely stay here, good communication with host, apartment was lovely and clean. Only downside is sofa more for one person or two squashed can’t really relax to watching. Everything else was perfect "

"We loved our stay here, it's a beautiful boutique hotel with sea views, extremely comfortable and quiet, a short walk from all the action and the seafront. Absolutely recommend and will stay here again, the staff were friendly, warm and accommodating"

"Property convenient for an overnight stay. Room comfortable and lovely clean bedding and towels. Space compact but adequate. The tea making facility and use of a fridge was appreciated. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"We had a lovely stay, the room was clean and very comfortable. The owner allowed us to have a late check in, as we were stuck in traffic on the way down. The breakfast was delicious and we were grateful for the dinner recommendation and parking tips. Thank you."

"Great sea view from the bedroom. Bedding and towel and shower spotlessly clean. Close to town centre and very close to view of the beach. Room size excellent for one. Shame the toilet and I realise there isn’t room, was along the hall. I got lucky as other tenants were quiet, not always guaranteed in Brighton. Everything concluded on text/email, didn’t see a member of staff. There is a telephone number to contact someone but I had no need of this service. "
