"Lovely pleasant staff, Lukas booked us in and it really was an easy stay from there .The room was smartly presented, tea coffee and water is complimentary .The coffee machine could have done with instructions I've not used the pod ones before( though perhaps there are ? and I missed them? Apologies if that is the case) I managed to work it out with aid of you tube so all good .The lighting isnt great, quite gloomy especially in the bathroom if you want to do your makeup but again you can...

"The worst and very disappointing thing was to arrive and don’t receive the support remotely to unlock the principal door as was instructed; fortunately an employee from the building aside helped us. "Very comfortable stay. Unfortunately our sleep was ruined by a very noisy lady who was arguing, shouting and banging doors for most of the night. She was obviously arguing with the people she was with. Sadly as we are a mature couple it disturbed our sleep considerably."

"We were in Room 4 on the top floor which was their largest one and had an ensuite bathroom. It was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a small issue with the shower temperature but after reaching out to the House Manager by text, it was repaired quickly while we were out. The only difficulty was parking (as in most areas of Brighton and Hove) but we were lucky to find a space not too far from the guest house. "Nice big room, spotlessly clean. Very good shower, nice and hot with lots of nice shower gel and shampoo. Good suoply of towels and coffee/tea in room. Lovely staff, really welcoming. Breakfast a little bit hit and miss but adequate. Would stay here again, very good value for Brighton and close to all amenities."

"Nice friendly staff. Hotel decor dated in places but they are investing in renovation and I had one such room on the top floor. Walls a bit thin as could clearly hear a rather amorous couple next door - but that didn’t last too long!"

"It was a sweet little room, with small balcony to front over looking some greenery. Bed was soft, plenty of sockets and WiFi and lighting. Wasn’t much noise when we stayed so slept well. The only issue was the smell coming from the en-suite which wasn’t very nice for the price that was charged . Was close to shops and Brighton centre where we were watching a comedy show."
