"Personale cordiale"

"The hotel was fine but the the aircondition was a bit tricky to handle. When you open the windos it become a cross draft that builded a sound through the apartmentdoor. The kitchen ware was simple but was missing a kitchen knife. Had a breadknife. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast fine. For those who like sweets it was plenty. "

"Overall, the property was better than we expected. The outdoor kitchen was a great place for lunches and we had coffee by the pool every morning. The gift basket they left for us was a great surprise, pasta, sauce, coffee, sugar, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better location or for better hosts."

"We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay."

"Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 4 notti. Ringraziamo molto per l’ospitalità che ci è stata offerta. Location molto bella per staccare dalla città. Un tocco in più al nostro soggiorno è stato dato dalla sauna e la vasca idromassaggio che abbiamo potuto utilizzare a nostro piacimento. Consigliamo Vivamente questa struttura"

"It is a lovely villa with a wonderful pool and patio - where we spent quite a bit of our time. Very close to the villa is a restaurant that sells lovely pizzas."

"La chambre est superbe, grande (très grand lit) et avec un énorme balcon !Problème : la salle demain se trouve à l’extérieur de la chambre (porte d’en face).Il n’y a pas de cuisine, il y a un séjour en bas avec tables et canapés seulement.Localisation : à moins de 20 min en voiture de l’aéroport Ciampino / à 20 min à pied de la gare avec un départ de train qui va dans le centre de Rome (50min de train)…Communication : parfaite communication"

"Superb holiday in a beautiful home & villa, very well looked after by the fabulous Sunny who is a real asset to this property. We loved the outside spaces, pool, views, landscape, proximty to train station for an easy commute to Rome & lots of supermarkets for easy self-catering. We would recommended days in Rome & Tivoli. This was a special holiday. Thank you."

"This property was a nice stay for 10 days. It was a little drive to the city so prepare to take 20 min Ubers which can be kind of pricey unless you want to take the 1hr train ride to the city. It got kind of loud at night , even with the doors and windows closed but that’s out of the owners control, I know. There is a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The mattresses and pillows weren’t the most comfortable but it was fine for the stay. There was lots of space to commune in the kitchen...

"Nous avons fini nos vacances Italiennes par ce logement. Il est conforme à l'annonce, il y a une belle pièce de vie. Le cadre y est très agréable et la piscine bien entretenue. La communication avec l'hôte est très facile et rapide, c'est un vrai confort !"

"My wife and I enjoyed our week long stay. The house, grounds and pool area are stunning and the location along the sea was incredible. Magic sunsets every evening. We chose to walk everywhere for restaurants and groceries but renting a car would be something we would do next time. Thanks to Leah and Massimiliano at L’Abbraccio just down the hill for being perfect neighbours. "
