"Friendly staff. When I checked in, the towels were dirty with stains and hairs. They exchanged the towels per requesting. The room was old and needed renovation. Bed is clean and firm enough. The location is great, close to everything."

"Loved everything. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was delicious. Was very close to a lot of stores and restaurants!"

"There were a few things, makeup or something on one of the pillows, I just put it off to the side, and the bottom sheet had a tear in it, my foot snaged it a few times. But the rest of the room was clean, the bed didn't have other weird stains or smells. I slept great so that huge plus."

"The staff was polite and helpful, we enjoyed communicating with the folks. The room was clean enough for us. The biggest issues were amenities. I counted 5 items that were broken: elevator, ice dispenser on 2nd floor, coffee machine (although it still poured hot water) and 2 treadmills. I suggest the management fixes the items, it will make the stay much more pleasant."

"Found out upon arrival that the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. Accepted it, but then we were assigned to a room that already had a couple in it. Just so happened that the clerk who checked us in came up the stairs as we were going to talk to her. Said she didn’t know the room she assigned us to had someone there. Gave us the room next door. "This hotel is more of a motel than a hotel. There are people currently living there. There are drug dealers and crackhead that live there. Overall staying there is bad if you're on a budget. Just a heads up "

Could only watch movies on the Roku channel, no news or network programs. Grab and Go breakfast was just an Otis Spunkmeyer muffin. No in room coffee maker. You get what you pay for..."
